1. Choose a plan

Club Membership · £49/monthOne live 75-minute session a week. Founding price, locked for 12 months (£59 after launch). Studio+ · £89/monthTwo sessions a week: the lesson plus an open-arena lab. Founding price (£99 after launch).

The child or children below are brothers or sisters of a member we already pay for. Skip the payment step and add them to our existing subscription at the 10% sibling rate.

4. Agreements

I am the parent or carer with parental responsibility for this child, who is aged 13–17. I agree to the terms & conditions and I have read the privacy policy. I have read the safeguarding policy and the setup guide, including joining from a shared family space where possible with a parent in the house. I consent to sessions being recorded (audio and shared screens, no cameras) for safeguarding, kept for 90 days as set out in section 11 of the terms. Email me club news, holiday game-jam dates and offers (no spam, unsubscribe any time).

Next: Stripe's secure checkout opens to set up the monthly payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your first payment is taken today and is fully refundable any time before session one. Cancel anytime in your Stripe membership account.

Reserve & payFinish this form and set up the monthly payment with Stripe. You get a receipt from Stripe and a confirmation email from us with your reference number.

We place themPeter emails or calls to confirm the weekly slot from your preferred times, and sends the username, starter password and setup guide if your child doesn't already have them.

Week 1

Session oneSame day, same time, same small group and mentor every week from here. Not right for your child? Tell us before session one for a full refund.

Monthly

Stay in controlPayments renew monthly on the date you joined. Pause for exams (up to two months a year) or cancel before your next billing date, no notice period, no fee.

Founding member offer

30 founding places at £49/month (standard £59), locked for 12 months from your start date. Open until the places are filled or 17 January 2027.

Who handles my card details?

Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and never pass through our website or email. We see your name, email, phone number, your child's first name, the plan and whether the payment succeeded, never the card number.

What do you store about my child?

Their first name or nickname, age, the preferred slot and anything you tell us here, held securely by Club Coders Ltd and used only to run the club. Their game account holds a username, a hashed password and their designs. Full details in the privacy policy.

Can I pay for two children?

Yes, with one monthly payment per family. Add each child in step 3 and, on Stripe's payment page, add one Sibling membership (10% off) for each additional child. Adding a brother or sister to an existing membership? Tick the sibling box in step 1.
